You can report a shipment issue at the Shield Center or via the Shipped App.

  1. Enter your Order Number + Delivery Postal Code

  2. Let us know what went wrong with your delivery

  3. And what items were affected

  4. Depending on the shipment issue, you may be asked to provide additional proof such as an image, video or supporting documentation
