Once a submitted report has been reviewed and approved, Shipped Shield will immediately process a replacement order and you will receive a confirmation email from the merchant with a replacement order number.
If for any reason a replacement item is no longer available, Shipped Shield will process a refund back to the original method of payment for the reported items. Refunds are calculated on the exact price paid for the item(s) and does not include shipping cost, taxes, discounts, and Shipped Shield. If you have any questions related to the item price, please refer to the original merchant order confirmation.
